And how can I make sure that the pictures and videos I add to my WhatsApp status don't look pixelated and have such a poor resolution? What can I do?
I can't find a number anywhere. There's only email support, and I don't get a response there. My backup has been stuck for over a year. Apple Support hasn't been able to help me either.
Apart from a (harmless) DDoS attack, was there any other cyberattack on the email provider posteo.de? Is posteo more secure than gmx for confidential documents?

There are mail providers that offer such a feature due to the demand of their customers. However, this only works because the supposedly sent mail was actually not sent at all and it will only be 10 minutes later. So you have time to call them back because they are still in their own mail outlet and are therefore under their own control.
Normal mail providers will send the mail to the recipient’s mailbox immediately and only the recipient will get control.
