Realistic price for Lenovo Legion Pro 5 16ARX8?

I bought a Legion Pro 5 in October. I use it primarily for work, but I figured if I wanted to play a bit, I could do that on it, too. I rarely played games before, but I still had this reasoning in mind, and I'm glad I decided to give it a try.

But now I've realized that I don't really need a gaming laptop anymore; a pure work laptop is enough.

That's why I want to get a Thinkpad, because the performance specs are basically the same apart from the graphics card and are sufficient for me, but the battery just lasts 8 hours longer

But now my question to those who know a bit more about the subject, since there aren't too many bids available for one direction on eBay:

What is a realistic price for the laptop:

  • Purchased in October 2023
  • Guarantee until October 2025
  • No external defects. Virtually new, apart from the 6 months of use.

I bought it for €1,500. Is €900-1,000 still a realistic price, or is that already too high?

Otherwise, I'd rather keep it for another year and then sell it.

Moin, have just looked up, they are traded upwards from 800€. You have to decide how fast you want to get rid of it, but 900-1000 are definitely realistic.

If you don’t really pay, you can keep the real better

Can also undervolt the hardware and down clocks for more battery life alternatively

there are enough tutorials on YouTube how this works
