Real-time transfer not working (Sparkasse)?

Hello, my dears 🙂

A friend of mine transferred €5,000 to me today via real-time transfer. (He's with Sparkasse.)

The problem is that the money is still not in my checking account (TargoBank).

The TargoBank branch and the TargoBank hotline were able to assure me that no payment of €5,000 had been received.

And my friend has the real-time transfer with the phrase: Pending real-time transfer in his history.

He definitely provided the correct account details and definitely has sufficient funds in his account.

Targobank said it was probably because it was pending under Pending Real-Time Transfer.

The problem is, I need the money by Monday at the latest.

Do you think this will work, or is the money gone now??!!
