Real-time transfer not arriving?
Hello,
Today at around 5:30 pm I made a real-time transfer from my girlfriend's account (Volksbank) to my account (Commerzbank).
Another real-time transfer was even made from another account to the same Commerzbank account.
The money was received in both accounts, but it did not arrive in the recipient account (Commerzbank).
Today is Good Friday but everywhere it says that real-time transfers are available 365 days a year, around the clock.
Does anyone know why it's not arriving?
The information provided is 100% correct, I need the money by tomorrow at the latest.

Did I get it right: both accounts are required to book and only do not have the CoBa account? Both postings? If both of them indicate a disturbance at the CoBa.
There are then two options: either the booking will be executed later or if there is a malfunction, the booking will be credited to the sender accounts as not executable. Easter is problematic now, as no banking days until Tuesday.
It'll work with luck until tomorrow, but I'm afraid it'll be if it doesn't come back, but rather Tuesday or even Wednesday. Greeting
