Real estate fund clarification?

Hello, I'd like to expand my savings further and have recently heard about real estate funds. I've watched two or three explanatory videos and now I know the basics. Can you give me any tips and tricks on where I can best orient myself? My other questions are… Do you get monthly returns or is it essentially an annual payout? When can I expect to see a profit, and do I have to pay in monthly or quarterly, or is it open-ended? Thanks in advance for the help. 👍🏽👍🏽

Open real estate funds are no longer inn.

I think you have a notice period of 1 or 2 years.

That is, if you want your money back, you have to wait for it.

The return is also not magnificent. She doesn't even beat the daily money. You can expect about 2.5% to 3.5% return. When buying, you don't earn anything by the 3% surcharge in the first year.

Some time ago I also considered buying shares of an open Immo fund. However, I have withdrawn this project.

The return is too low. In the first year of investment, the purchase fees usually completely recharge the increase in value.

And then the holding time, somehow made no sense for me.

And for the depot where the shares are kept, there are usually also fees. There are better ways to save and create.
