For a few weeks now, I've been having a problem where certain keys on my Razer keyboard are no longer lit (Shift, Enter). I can't turn it on or change it in Synapse 3. Is there perhaps a keyboard shortcut that deactivates the backlighting for individual keys?

No, actually, there is no such attitude. In advance: I don’t know 100% the AW because I usually leave Razer’s fingers (bad experience), but otherwise you can search on Youtube for “factory reset (and then the name of your keyboard)”. If you reset a keyboard factory, then it’s like brand new (all set back to 0) that could help…
