I have a question about my keyboard today. It's the Razer Huntsman Mini Analogue.
Can you change the switches on this keyboard or not?

The keyboard is not hot-swappable. Maximum it would be possible to change the switches with soldering, but recommended as novice.
Can you call good mini keyboards with interchangeable switches?

No, I can't. At least theoretically. The keyboard is definitely not hotswap- that means you cannot replace the switches with the included tool. But you can solder the THEORETISCH switches, but I'm not sure if it works on a Razer keyboard – it has its own switches.
