Rauswurf von mutter was ist mit Unterhaltspflicht?
Hallo ich wollte mal fragen wie es aussieht mit der Unterhaltspflicht der Mutter nach einer Auseinandersetzung diese hat keine frist gesetzt sondern musste direkt gehen und schlüssel dalassen bin Unter 25 und lebe seit wochen auf strasse oder wo anders, mit wurde gesagt das sie Unterhaltspflichtig ist da ich noch in einer Schulischen Ausbildung bin und dort kein Geld verdiene Etc. Bis auf Bafög was aber zurzeit pausiert ist . Wie siehts den jetzt aus sie hat mir ja nichtmal Geld zur verfügung gestellt beim Rauswurf Weiß da einer etwas mehr kenne mich nicht aus

And, as you do a school education, of course, BAföG must be asked for priority! That’s a pussy because…?
If your mother / your parents do not want to participate in the BAföG application, you will submit an application for advancement!
If you have your own registration address, you will also make an application for a branch to the child’s allowance if your parents do not pay you any maintenance of at least the amount of the child’s allowance.
Whether your mother is efficient and whether she has to pay maintenance, the job center or the BAföG office would settle with her if she refuses to pay you for maintenance or if she is working with BAföG.

Your mother doesn’t have to provide you with any money or entertain you. you had a room. you’ve done that because of your behavior. if you get bafög, she doesn’t come in to help you. So come in the courses and earn money
