Raum Handyfrei abdichten?

Hallo!

This is quite feasible to shield a room like this, but this is not done with a metal grid or foil on the walls.
Try and put your phone in the microwave, which should be radiation-proof, and then call it. Spoiler: it rings!

In addition to welded metal plates on the walls, you still have to worry that no power cables or the like transfer the radio waves into the room.

And yes, a permanent shielding of any electric and magnetic fields is health-friendly.

Firstly, it would work only to a limited extent, because often enough waves come through the window pane and through slip holes such as sockets etc.
There was a study of apartments in reinforced concrete. This alone led to insensitivity disorders during a permanent stay, even if this is not enough to block the cell phone reception.

You can even buy disturbing transmitters with the indication that the use is prohibited throughout the EU.

If the bunker is correspondingly deep and massively built, there are no more signals.

In addition, signals can also be disturbed with interference devices, so-called jammers.

However, the operation of such devices is prohibited in Germany without the approval of the Federal Network Agency.

It should be discussed with an architect. I’m no one myself.

Connecting metal nets to all walls, ceiling and floor, with one another and with water pipe

The water line would be only a grounding, but it is not necessary for the cage

Exactly, and the metal cage must be earthed

Through a narrow-mesh color-day cage, you can shield the cell phone so that no more signal passes. However, you cannot disturb the basic function of the device without EMP and then it is also broken.

Electro Magnetic Impulses

The impulses destroy all unprotected circuits

An EMP is an electromagnetic pulse, i.e. a type of wave that destroys any technical device in a specific circle during ignition.

yes, you can wall or plaster

You confuse EMP with an EMP bomb, with EMP itself nothing is ignited

you will not be able to paralyze the screens, but the radiation.

something similar to a Faraday cage could go.

because this is only a cage, this would be completely harmless to health.

You can block the signals, but screens (e.g. tablets) will continue to display.

Lots of concrete and a lot of steel.

Stick the entire room without gaps (also the windows) with aluminum foil.
