Rat plague – neighbor feeds rats?

My downstairs neighbor always feeds the birds, but recently she has been deliberately feeding the rats and even watching them.
There are really at least 50 rats in the garden, they even run up the walls of the house.
The landlord has set rat traps but they always disappear.

The rats are so trusting, they even come out during the day and are not afraid of the cats.

what can you do?

I don't want them in my apartment.

complain to the landlord and the house administration and threaten with the reduction of the rent. If nothing helps, the authorities will inform your community.

Such a state is not reasonable.

Call Order Office! I'll see you in the morning and tell them what's going on with you. This is highly harmful to health and a few rat traps don't bring anything. There must be pest control.

You should report it to the office and perhaps to the health office. You can say they shouldn't tell who reported it.

I'd photograph it and show journalists. Local politicians are also interested in such situations.

A call to the Health Office/Public Order Office should help. Is there any stress when she finds out you were.

So stupid it sounds: call the office once.

Ask for anonymity.

Feeding birds is one, but rats start absolutely not. (nothing against rats, but don't really feed councilors)

Turn on order office.

Report this to the Health and Ordinance Office. This is not permissible.
