What kind of bullet was that? Swollen nipple? Tumor?

Maybe it was an abscess that opened spontaneously and expired...

Veterinary has closed, then emergency clinic has to hold, they have open even at night, of course have to call and cost more, but for that they are there. We can't do anything here, diagnoses don't work remotely and this is a lay forum. And surgery by remote control works rather bad.
