Braking surface of the mdrp discs?

Ganz im Gegenteil. Die Sitzposition ist (bei unpassendem Sattel und falscher Einstellung… leider nicht selten) durchaus geeignet, die Nerven- und Blutbahnen zum Genital abzudrücken. Das gibt dann eher Probleme mit Gefühllosigkeit und Minderdurchblutung als mit Erregung.

Das war tatsächlich das Argument, mit dem man kurz nach der Erfindung des Fahrrades Frauen das Radfahren untersagen wollte. Hat die Frauen zum Glück nicht interessiert.
