Quit vaping?

Hello,

I am 17 years old and about 1.5 years ago I made the mistake of vaping at a colleague's house.

Barely a moment later I had my own and it wasn't easy to get away from it.

A few months later, I slowly began to feel guilty about my parents and afraid of disappointing them, so I quit smoking. It was difficult, but it worked in the end.

Unfortunately, I've started that shit again for the second time since then.

Do you have any tips on how it might work next time?

And please, to those 13-year-old kids who think this is cool—stop while you can! This is the ultimate victimization bullshit! You're not cool just because you're tearing your lungs apart with USB sticks in your throat.

You are not cool

You can only agree with the statement!

just because with any USB sticks in your neck you’re throwing the lungs.

has not happened in the past 14 years.

and did not get away so easily.

You can see how unstable you are. You obviously have the idea that the e-cigarette might have something to do with it that it has this effect on you. Others then need some time for this, in which this is only a habit. The device cannot do anything about it and the ingredients of the liquids are not responsible for it either. Exception -> you use drugs that do not belong to it.

Right, for the addiction effect of nicotine, the device itself can nothing.

Since I ciffed vape I can no longer decide whether this is better, but in any case has not been particularly difficult to stop so
