Quit on the first day?

Yes, I'm a chef. I applied for a position and specifically stated it was only part-time.

(the company pays insane well)

If everything was OK, they agreed.

I terminated my contract with my old employer, and when I signed it I was given a really rude response as to why I wasn't working full-time and was pressured into going full-time.

Since I don't want to risk a unemployment benefit suspension (cancellation myself), I signed.

You are not allowed to terminate your contract before work begins.

What do you think, should I quit straight away or give the employer a chance?

You already seem to be so well guessed that you offer a full-time job. In addition, the chance to be used permanently is quite high. According to the regulations of long-term unemployment, you even have to work full-time. Please let everything come to you first. I guess you’re going to enjoy your new job. Happy and LG

You shouldn’t stop travelers. It goes without you. One thing you should know, all the beginning is hard. You always have to prove that you fit into the team. With this attitude you lose again and again, even in the next job.

I wouldn’t have signed the contract on the terms.

That’s so simple.

Reason: Trust is gone.

If they don’t stick to the deal, I wonder what’s next.

Then it’s okay. 👍 What did not vote with your last AG?

He’s still young and doesn’t know life yet. We’re different. You can’t go in the middle of business as a chef. How can you sign something you don’t want? That’s what I’m saying. Isso

You’re you and the FS is the FS. I can understand that someone doesn’t want to work VZ.

I have a contract of a 20-hour week, but if I’m needed, I like to work 8 or 12 hours.

Seriously? I work in the kitchen, I’m not a learned cook, but I do it anyway and it makes fun. With me it’s not just cooking…cold kitchen, baking, catering, breakfast etc. Putzen also belongs to it. And now you

If you quit directly, you have the lock you wanted to handle.

You should have insisted on parttime. Now you know this is not a good employer.

Go somewhere else and see that you can quit during the trial period.

Look, if it doesn’t fit, you can still fool yourself. It’s better to announce that there’s only a new job in sight, because otherwise there’s a lock on the office.

I don’t even understand why you’ve ever signed if you just wanted parttime. There’s a hard advice. I’d probably wait first.

You sign first and then quit old AG – always.

Go to work! If you like it, it’s good. Otherwise, you can find a new job and quit during the trial period. It’s not a problem.

What do you think directly quitting into krakmeldung

I’d go to a hospital for surgery. A simple medical report – without symptoms of illness – is ridiculous.

Did you sign VZ or stay at TZ?

If you sign VZ – look for the conversation and place the contract right. I suspect that even in your industry you’re looking for change. If I have good applicants, I do everything I can to make the contract and the working hours so that the person signifies and remains.

In principle, you are looking for your employer for good reasons and will have had a good feeling for research, first contact and interview – so give the shop a chance.

If it doesn’t run – quit and search for new place. Announce the options & stupid: In my industry you know and check out the applicants, of course, and invite them to the end. The same way around – who has played his reputation as AG will also get problems to get good staff.

The same applies to you. If your reputation is “ruined”, it will be difficult to get good places – i.e. even if it does not run round, it is in the mutual interest to make a resolution relaxed and fair

Great success in the right decision
