Quit after 1 day as a temporary worker?

Hello.

I work in the industrial sector and until last week had no experience with temporary workers.

Now I have signed an employment contract with the temporary work agency, and after one day I realized that it is not for me at all (poor pay, does not look good on my CV, is simply not for me).

Now I signed the contract yesterday morning at 11:00

after I started working at 7:30 in the company assigned by the temporary worker.

I was there until 2:30 p.m. and then it became immediately clear to me that I didn't want to do that anymore.

Now I (today, one day later) called the assigned company and said that I would no longer be coming because I did not want to work as a temporary worker.

Now I want to call the temporary employment agency at 8 a.m. and give notice there too.

what would be the best agreement for me and the temporary work

And are there any consequences for me now?

Well, your employer is the agency, not the company where you are employed!

So if you don’t like the current work, you can also ask if they can’t use you elsewhere, because you don’t feel comfortable in the current company.

If this shouldn’t go, you have to quit the loan company! Since you still have trial time, the deadline should be very short. Make yourself smart, for example here: Time Work – What you should know as a temporary worker (zeitarbeit-ute.de)

Caution: If you announce yourself, you may be abbreviated from the employment agency. Please inform how the situation is with you. You can also ask the loan company if it announces you, then you will receive support from the first day.

Hope could help, greetings

Cancellation must be made in writing in paper form with signature. You’re in the trial period where you can cancel at any time. Whether you have a notice period, you must take your employment contract, often 14 days. You’ll have to do it. If you have such a deadline, there could be consequences for you (e.g. expenses that have the loan work to organize replacements for your work) if you don’t go to work.

It is best to discuss everything with the head of the loan work.

You must be aware that you signed a contract.

As a result, you must cancel and comply with the 2 weeks notice period.

does not come well

That’s bullshit.

Not in the HR department, there is a different notice period.

Is that what you’re doing in your contract?

Okay. Then get your notice and find something else.

How long you have about sample time in time you can always quit and find yourself something new. At the end of the sample times, you do not have to give a reason beforehand.

At the end of the sample times, you do not have to give a reason beforehand.

that applies to the employer.

the worker can always terminate properly without reason.

You don’t like the activity, may be quite, temporary work in the CV is sometimes even positive.

No industry is as strict and often controlled and regulated as time work. Also, the payment is either the same as in operation, sometimes even more.

See the contract of employment, which period of notice applies in the trial period.

In case of self-announcement without so-called important reason, the imposition of a blocking period (ALG 1) or a reduction in performance (civil money).

You can get a lock from the office. In addition, you must comply with the notice period. Better be sick, you’ll be quitting

You must terminate in writing and comply with the notice period. And what you pulled off with the company is a contract break.

and what is in the contract for termination, which is to be submitted to the employer in writing, and as long as you have to stay there.
