Here are some simple dishes you probably don't need a recipe:

– Mirrors

-Tomato-Mozzarella salad

-Croque monsieur

And here is the recipe:

Chicken carving with Gorgonzola PDO tomatoes and basil

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken carvings
  • 100 g Gorgonzola PDO
  • 250 ml tomato sauce
  • 1 vine tomato
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Basil and Marjoram nB
  • Extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper nB

Preparation

  1. Heat a little oil in a pan with a garlic clove. Then add the tomato sauce and let some boil in.
  2. If it is, add basil and marjoram and season with salt and pepper. Place the chips on the tomato sauce from the day before and garnish each slice with Gorgonzola PDO and a tomato slice.
  3. Turn off the stove, close the lid for 2 minutes and let the gogonzola PDO melt.
  4. Serve immediately with fresh herbs garnished.

Classic burgers

  • with homemade fries

Ingredients

for 4 people

For the burgers

  • 3 tbsp
  • Cow's sandwich cucumbers
  • 4 tbsp
  • Cowfish
  • 2 tbsp
  • Cow's Tzatziki sauce
  • 1 tbsp
  • Mustard medium
  • 500g
  • Beef chopped meat
  • 4
  • Burger rolls with sesame
  • 1
  • large meat tomato
  • 0.5 pc
  • Iceberg salad
  • 20 ml
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper from the mill

For the fries

  • 1 liter
  • Vegetable or olive oil
  • 4
  • large, mildly boiled potatoes
  • Salt

You need:

Step 2

Cut the burger rolls and warm briefly on the toaster or in the oven. Cut the iceberg salad into thin strips and the tomato into slices. For frying, heat the oil to 140 degrees and precipitate the pumice in it for 2 minutes. Then take it out and let it cool briefly. In order to bake them, you can add the fries for about 3 minutes to the 170 degrees hot fryer. Then remove and salt in a bowl.

Step 5

Finally, simply arrange the burgers and the self-made fries next to each other on a plate and serve with your favorite chicken spices.

The fastest are actually pan dishes with potatoes.

I need a few potatoes (about 1x1x1 cm), throw them in a pan with oil, salt, pepper and lid on it.

While this is sworn before itself until the potatoes are at all (about 10 minutes) I'm still shying stuff that gives the whole taste and color.

Knobi and onions first, put potatoes a little to the side, let them sweat onions and garlic, while, for example, peppers, zucchini, sugar beet sniffle, then give the pan full heat, add the vegetables to it and crispy locally. Salt, season… ready.

Solid vegetables such as carrots can be put into the pan with the potatoes, otherwise it is at the end too fast 😁

You quickly get out what vegetables have to do with it, until in the end everything is the way you like it.

Meat (hack) either together with onions and garlic – but then put the potatoes on a plate, otherwise it is not possible to stir reasonably, then the vegetables and then the potatoes back in.

I usually do a natural yogurt, or without garlic.

Then after half an hour, I have something delicious to eat.

With the "fast" dishes on the Internet, the preparation time will be happy to stop! That's the same time.

If you want to cook for 2 days, make a delicious stew.

Get beautiful chicken legs or boils, soup green, and make delicious brewing noodles or brewery.

What do you need?

1-2 chicken lobes or lower legs

1-2 onion(s) (depending on size)

1x green soup

some salt

if necessary some pepper

Pasta (optional) or rice

Instructions:

Chicken cubes or – undercuffs wash off

peel onion, wash off and quarter

All this – with some salt – into a pot and let it boil.

When it cooks, put the cooker on a medium level and let it simmer for 1 hour or a half hours.

Clean and wash soup green in the meantime.

Always look at whether white foam has formed at chicken stock ( then please take it off so that a clear broth can arise! )

If then the broth is nicely degreased – and the chicken is nicely soft – take this out of the pot and cook the vegetables until asked.

Everything's done up here? Good! 😃 Then simply ( for noodles ) to add a few noodles (by choice) (one to one and a half handful enough [so not to and al dente simmer.

Do you prefer rice in this soup? Then add a little cookery from the bag and simmer until it is soft. (If the rice has been precooked, then the broth will not be too milky.)

Finally, add the throats again so that they become warm again (or the already crushed meat into the soup).

Season the spices again – finished!

1 celery (half chub, cubed) boiled in good 1/2 l of water, after 8 minutes season with cream or coconut cream.

Seasonings: salt, pepper, grained organic vegetables, nutmeg. 1 tea. Curry. Dried parsley.

A must for me: Tabasco!

To do that, give croutons a chance. .

Ready in 20 minutes !

Under a fast dish I understand completely something other than n snödes occupied labbrot ðŸTM‚ e.g. Spaghetti napoli or Tortelini with ham cream sauce or or , but just something like what you do not even take to breakfast in the best case
