Excel – Can the file creator explicitly track when the file password is changed?

In the settings it says something like: Last change made by: … … But a change can mean anything in the Excel file. Is it possible to track exactly whether and who last changed the password? The password remains the same, by the way.

Listen to the others, it’s a fake. As many spaces as were forgotten. In addition, a police or other authority would not use a Gmail address for official mails.
