Questions about PV system preparation in new buildings?
Hello folks,
I plan to build next year and have not yet installed a PV system on the roof, but I would still like to prepare for it. I have a few questions about this.
1.) Do the inverter and the power storage unit each need their own outlet? If so, should I include them in the outlet planning and position them accordingly. Or do both units not need outlets?
2.) Do I need to run a conduit with or without a power cable from the roof to the utility room? If the system is facing west and east, do I need two separate conduits?
3.) I have a copper line on my street. For copper, it's the APL. For fiber optic, it's the ONT. Does the ONT need a power outlet and an RJ45 data socket?
I thank everyone for their answers. Thank you very much!!
Hello,
IMMER should be installed in the nearer technical devices somewhere sockets..no matter whether they are needed or not.if you are building NEW..I would at least prepare there and place each device a 230V connection as well as network connection. This costs nothing in preparation. later, where everything is done. is more up to reinstall.
ready as only empty pipes with tension wire were written.125 as already pharao1961 would actually be sufficient from the direction HWR or technology room where the rest of the system is installed.
it comes to which ruster and where the router will sit.
there are routers like e.g. Fritzbox 5490 has direct fiber optic connection so you do not need 230V..ICH at your place would prepare IMMER..with empty tube direction fuse box.. If a media converter arrives, then this needs current..
I would draw on your site an empty tube also direction HWR (technic room) where I would build a small server disorder and would transfer glass fiber directly there..where also build router..and because by switch in the house on RJ45 CAT7. a NAS as well as pihole.
All you write I’ve already made our new building 2019. Build it twice. I will never lay a 12cm leepipe for PV under screed. I told you I didn’t. The HAR is in the middle of the house. Then you have to go over the OG which goes over the bathroom in the shower area and then several meters to the roof. The PV cable is just 1 cable and a 12cm lee pipe for it?. I’ll pull that in the same leepipe as that from a Cat 7 Lee tube. So a narrow black wavy Lee tube
well, if you already build the 2nd time you know why.. and no one has told you to put it in the estrich.
if you rebuild then you can provide everything..even if 1 is cable…later..in 10 years..you will be grateful that you had laid such a pipe exactly for such things..If you also mount solar panels, then the water pipes can be laid there in retrospect..
You need to know.
To 2: I plan (principal) a 125 leepipe up to the roof. Who knows what else to come. A 125 should be enough for some.
I don’t think the HAR room is almost in the middle of my floor plan. If I’m going up there right now, I’m going through the shower and I’m gonna get out of here near Giebel. That’s not true in front of and behind. I’ve been thinking of an empty tube and the data cable. Small in diameter we flexible. Like laying a Cat7 cable
HT tube through the shower – also has not everyone… 🙂
Neither WR nor memory need a socket. They are connected with their own cables.
mega thank you! Can you say something to point 2 and 3. Would be very happy
I’d pull empty tube too. Better one for each side/step. Rechne with 6 mm2 cable
1.) So, of course, does a power cable have to be installed in the Leerohr???
2.) I’d take the Lee tube like the Cat 7 cable. Is that right?
You should first say what power the PV modules bring, what power the inverters have, what capacity the power stores, and whether you want to feed the power into the home network or run an island system.
