First of all, the heading on the question should include at least one approach to the issue of the question.

Then, in the further execution of your question, you should explain the more detailed circumstances… for example, which operating system you use and which program shows you the message or what you are doing, whereupon this message appears.

As it seems to be a network problem, this would have been a good headline, and on the other hand, some information about the type and use of your network would make sense… Do you use WLAN or cable? Do you have a DSL connection? Which router do you have? Or do you try to contact a hotspot via WLAN? Did it ever work before? Since when is the problem? What has been changed recently?
