Question about installing LEDs from the inside of a motorcycle?

Are you allowed to install LEDs like this on a motorcycle in Austria? I keep hearing opinions like "you're not allowed" or "you're only allowed when stationary; you're not allowed to ride it because the light is distracting." That's why I'm asking the question; because Austria and Germany are different and have different laws. I'm just hearing different opinions, or should I ask a police officer?

No You can only mount approved lighting equipment approved for the intended purpose.

Each light source on the vehicle has a corresponding test mark for the respective purpose. Yours don't have one, and they're over.

On public transport you must not turn on the lights. On a private ground

If that's what the police see, they'll tell you that you have to cut it off. So watch out

Ask a motor vehicle mechanic best, but I think it's forbidden.
