The cross-section does not matter with task a.

1 Ampere already flows whether the wire now has 0.6 mm diameter or 1 meter plays no longer a role.

In c zb it plays a role. If in any case 1 ampere flows then the current in a thin wire becomes denser than in a thick wire.

Question a :

It flows 1 liter of water per minute through a tube, how much water molecules are after 1 hour.

It doesn’t matter how thick the hose is – it flows 1 liter per hour
