Quarkbällchenteig für Kuchen?

Hi,

I was just looking for cakes from quarkballs, but you don’t have a quarkball dough.

I gave in “To bake pastry cakes in the oven”.

Right. I missed that. Had a watched night. Simply start an experiment with a small amount, e.g. in a run-up mold.

Then you can find recipes for quarkballs from the oven, but still not one for a cake from quarkball dough, which is something completely different.

Of course you should just do something more

So I know quarkballs only baked out = fried, that would of course not go in the oven…

That they become as fluffy, depends on how hard the dough is, can be good that he won’t go up like the little quark balls.
