Quantitative analysis HPLC?
Hi, I had a lab experiment with HPLC today.
A calibration series was prepared, two samples were measured and a measurement for the recovery rate was carried out.
Does anyone happen to know how I can determine the concentration of my sample?
The calibration series will certainly help, but I have no idea what to do with the chromatograms to determine something quantitatively.

Ever consider the peaks to integrate and use this as an approach? This could help:D

I figured it out through a YT video. I didn't know that AU translates units. The area is thus already given. I'll do a regression line with the calibration.
