for (int i = 9; i >= 0; i--) {
	StringBuilder builder = new StringBuilder();
	for (int j = i; j >= 0; j--) {
    	builder.append(String.valueOf(j));
      	builder.append(" ");
    }
  	System.out.println(builder.toString());
}

(you would have to re-format the indent because GF destroys it again and again if I send it off)
