So at night, I’m not cleaning her right now because I’d rather sleep there. But it’s so important to me 1-2 hours after dinner. I have been dealing with tooth cleaning since the dreams in which my teeth (or the whole jaw) fell out, very often with tooth cleaning and I became aware that many understand something wrong. It is about removing food residues from the tooth spaces and pockets. Many but brush their teeth for a more pleasant feeling, especially in the evening and at night. This creates a false oral hygiene that can even harm the teeth. (especially when you consume carbonated drinks or even soft drinks at night) They then brush their teeth only superficially and not between the teeth. Or they clean too intensively, which can destroy their mouth flora and thus cause diseases as well as constant inflammation. Since I’ve been working on it, I have a certain routine. However, morning teeth cleaning is more important to me. (Of course after breakfast and after that there is no more coffee or dark tea)

I still have my father’s words of caries in my ear if I don’t brush my teeth in the evening. He has a penetrating voice…

Why?

Why don’t you just brush your teeth without a toothpaste to make a basic cleaning? Even in earlier ages, people have already cultivated their teeth, as they are now one of the most important objects for digestion. If you lose it, you have to limit your food to Brei. In addition, disease-stricken teeth (not only caries!) can also be transferred to other organs that can damage your body sustainably, especially towards the heart, liver, kidney and lung. I used to be like you until all of a sudden, within a year, the caries attacked many of my cunts. It happens so fast that you don’t see it coming. But if you have the pain, it’s already too late. Today I wear fillings, but after-set teeth are never as stable as the original teeth. Today I know that I could have prevented it if I had cleaned my teeth regularly (i.e. daily) to remove the food remains. And that’s enough. You don’t have to scrub your teeth so they shine. Just free from food. We are not ruminants that only eat plant fibers, which would not be so bad for the teeth, and we have mill teeth whose narrow interspace lasts long carbohydrate chains and meat residues. So aids such as long plant fibers (which you used earlier) or toothbrushes are necessary to remove them. Aside from that, it begins to stink after a certain time when your mouth flora uses food waste and produces excretions. You don’t smell it yourself, but everything else around you.
