Push back the foreskin?

I, m 14, cannot retract my foreskin.

Do you have any tips on what I can do?

Yes, I know I should go to the doctor, but it would be kind of cringe to talk to my parents about something like this and I'm afraid that I'll get an erection at the doctor's. Do you have any tips for dealing with that?

Hello JaMoin694,

It’s probably your problem, a preskin constriction. But of course I can only speculate! So go to the doctor anyway.

I’ve had this in my youth too, and my best buddy too. It was even more extreme with him than with me. He was also with the doctor at the time, got an ointment and instructed to rub / stretch the penis, fore skin and Richel. The ointment and cautious stretching and massaging also helped me.

However, I would not have dared to talk to my parents about it and a doctor’s visit would have been embarrassing meeega too. But can assure you that this is handled very professionally by the urologist and you don’t have to be embarrassed if you get a whistle there

I speak of experiences

It’s probably a preskin constriction. Only the urologist helps. In the simplest case, you get a cream. circumcision could also be necessary in the extreme case. But tell the doctor.

So go to the doctor as soon as possible!

Because it’s obviously an acute problem. If the foreskin is too tight, it can tear in or cause pain. You shouldn’t wait long for this.

I’m afraid I’d get a stand with the doctor

In this situation it is practically impossible.

It’s normal. Just overcome and talk to parents.

He’s been a doctor for a long time. He won’t be the first time.

You show the doctor your problem. He examines the place and then decides.

Your foreskin is narrowed. There are many. At your age, your pediatrician is the ideal contact person. You might have more confidence than a doctor you know. You can exclude an erection in the situation. The pediatrician knows this, can prescribe an ointment to you and explain how to stretch the fore skin itself. It’s not a witchcraft. Urologist is probably not necessary. Good luck!

This is called pre-skin narrowing and can only help you a doctor.

You can gently stretch your foreskin in warm water or with a cortisone ointment. But slowly and cautiously so no cracks are created that can scare. Scars can be stretched badly. This is a long process but it is worth it. Cutting is the dumbest thing you can do you have only disadvantages. M

HI!

I had the same problem when I was 10. With me then only one circumcision could help, which will probably be the only solution for you if you don’t get over to the doctor as quickly as possible. You don’t have to be embarrassed. Your parents just want the best for you and the doctor has already seen other things than your penis! So nothing for you to be ashamed of. If you are moving fast, it may be possible to avoid cutting by ointment and stretching.

So please take your courage together and talk to your parents about it!

Best regards and good luck

Leon
