A former friend bought a car through me, taking a percentage. The purchase contract was through me, and the money came from him. The car is registered to me. The vehicle tax is also in my name, but it is deducted from his account. The insurance is in his name. He has the paperwork.
At the time, it was verbally agreed that the car would be re-registered after six months. However, he didn't see the need.
Due to a dispute, I now want him to re-register the car in his name. But I don't want to give him my ID or power of attorney, and he won't hand over the documents to me.
