Punze Christofle Silber Besteck?

Guten Abend,

Antworten

Good morning Deutelmoser and welcome,

I’ve never seen this pinth form at Christofle; is also not listed in my documents.

Unfortunately, the photo is very fuzzy.

Either upload a good photo*** or describe exactly what’s in the punch.

***click the 3 gray points on the right; Edit question and upload photo.

Maybe bye,

Margita

It is not forgery; Until now, I don’t know a single Christofle fake.

Neither series-manufactured forgery nor unknown punches from the past

I do not rate about eBay auctions

Ask the dealer who offers them; he should take care of the clarification of the punch.

Mhmmm, this will be the same punch, OC and below a 925, and standing on the blade “Christofle Sterling France”. The seller also claims that the cutlery is “Original Christofle”. Honestly, I can’t believe it, you should know it.

But I don’t know this punch and I couldn’t find it among Christofle’s punchboards, not even a hint.

I’ll see you later.

The riddle is solved. The requested powder is an export powder for articles made of sterling silver, only full silver. Christofle used it from 1935. You can find them on (almost) all the best sterling silver on Ebay.co.uk. Of course you can find pieces with this punch on other platforms.
