Puch Maxi S max. erlaubte Geschwindigkeit (Schweiz)?
Hallo Zusammen
Da ich mir zu meinem 14 Geburstag ein Puch Maxi S kaufen wollte, fragte ich mich wie schnell so einer fahren darf. Ich habe mich schon Informiert und die meisten Antworten kommen so um die 30km/H aber wen ich, jetzt nach einem Puch auf Tutti.ch suche liegt die Geschwindigkeit bei 40-45 Km/H. Also ist das jetzt erlaubt oder nicht? Die Verkäufer schreiben auch das ein Ausweis dabei ist. Also sollte es eigentlich jetzt erlaubt sein oder? Keine Ahnung wie das Funktionieren soll. Oder merkt die Polizei irgendetwas? Weil die vorherigen Besitzer auch damit rungefahren sind.

The legislature clearly states that a Töffli can run 30 km/h plus 10% tolerance, i.e. 33 km/h on flat roads without wind.
In the original state, this is true for all models. One or the other will perhaps reach 35 km/h. If the offered spoons are faster, this can have two reasons. Either it was shot or the tacho was overrun. Because a tacho does not have to be present at a spoon. If it has one, he can show what he wants.
I wouldn’t buy a spoon that’s frozen. If you’re caught, you’ll be locked up with the ID card for 125. That would be stupid, because 16 are you soon and then you want to change to the right motorcycles as soon as possible.

required by law are a maximum of 30 km/h. However, the tolerance range due to older mofas is up to 33. Everything about it can get you to be expensive in control. You can pay fines up to CHF 2’000, you can withdraw the guide card etc.
The 40-45 km/h are not allowed. Since tuning is not allowed in the sense of Mofas. The ID will mean the normal vehicle ID.
