Conversion is possible, but by some u historical is then also over because no longer original

There’s a lot to change about the Mofa. The brakes are not suitable. They only have to last up to 35 km/h.

But I’ve seen someone meet at a plague that had the original brake on it and had it legally converted to 75 ccm
