If you go to a self-publisher such as Books on Demand, you will pay €19.80. It also contains the ISBN. They emerge as a reputable publisher and make the authors great (false) promises about the (probably) expected success of the (probably) supertollen book.
Finally, the author is zoomed through hidden cost cases in the small print of the contract; the book never comes into the book trade and in the end the author remains at high costs (in the 5-digit range) and boxes full of books that no one wants.
