Ptosis or something else?

My neurologist isn't sure. It's not a permanent condition. Sometimes my ear is completely normal, but most of the time it looks like the pictures. I feel a great deal of tension and finally want to feel some relief. It's very uncomfortable. And I don't know what to do anymore. I feel like my ear is pulling upwards and not falling down. What do you think? I have another post about it. The ophthalmologist couldn't help me, even though I can feel that something is wrong.
