Help, my PS4 controller keeps disconnecting even though it has a full battery and I've tried 3 controllers and still nothing works and then when I try to reconnect them they just flash white regardless of whether I use a USB cable or not. A friend said it could be my external hard drive but I wanted to ask again (all my games are on my external hard drive and I can't put my games on my PS4 because of storage problems).
