PS4 doesn't recognize USB 3.0?
Hello, I'm having a problem. I wanted to connect my hard drive to my PS4, but it wasn't recognized with the 3.0 cable. I then connected it with a 2.0 cable, and it was recognized. However, to use the hard drive, I need USB 3.0.
Can anyone help me?
It is possible that your PlayStation 4 is unable to detect a USB 3.0 device. This can happen for various reasons, e.g. if the USB device is not compatible with the PS4 or if it is a defective device. To ensure that your PS4 can recognize the USB device, I recommend you first read the instructions for your PS4 and make sure that the USB device is compatible. If the USB device is still not detected, I recommend you try another USB port and, if possible, use another USB device to make sure that the problem is not with the USB device itself. If the problem continues, I recommend that you reset the PS4 to the factory settings and try to connect the USB device again.
