Protein & Kohlenhydrate?

Ich versuche mich ausgewogen zu ernähren. Wenn ich aber Versuche ohne Proteinshake auf meine Proteine zu kommen, nehme ich immer zu viel Fett und zu wenig Kohlenhydrate zu mir.

Welche Lebensmittel haben viele Proteine UND Kohlenhydrate?

Why does it have to be a food?

A diet should be balanced and not just a food.

Hir are a few protein-rich foods:

  • Nuts
  • Magerquark/Skyr
  • Milk products
  • Tofu
  • Tempeh
  • Since
  • Eggs

Here are some carbohydrate-rich foods:

  • noodles (here best take whole grains or lentil noodles)
  • Rice
  • Bread (best whole grain)
  • Flour (full grain)
  • oatmeal (full grain)
  • Potatoes

And at the same time not too much fat, do you think? Bread or oat flakes also provide protein and KH.

Well, I don’t know what you see as an appropriate protein feed. When considering the protein from all foods, a lot of things come together.
