Because it is likely to be found everywhere, even if it is only individual cells. Some bodies are then affected.

No, it doesn’t work! Chemotherapy will probably not help. Cancer is extensive, so easy it doesn’t work.

Because most metastasized cancers are not curable. Too many organs are affected.

It’s just bullshit in this generality. Over all types of cancer, the cure rate is over 50 percent, and in many ways, the chances are even better.

Through the metastases the cancer is overhanded. This cannot be eliminated
