Proof of one year of employment subject to social insurance contributions?

For an application to a company I was asked to provide proof   about one year of employment subject to social insurance contributions.

I wanted to know what I can use as proof or do I have to contact my employer?

The pay slips also contain the years. If you take the most recent pay slip, it will show that you were employed at Company Y for 12 months or more.

If you have a certificate, you can also submit that.
