Cocaine itself is metabolized relatively quickly, so it is relatively quickly removed from the body. It goes within hours. The metabolite benzoylecgonin dwells much longer in the body, there is still something there. In combined consumption with alcohol, the metabolite of cocaethylene is also produced in the body, which is even more harmful and also remains in the body for longer. Promethazine itself also has a relatively long half-life. If you take this for a long time, it would already be a risk factor for the consumption of cocaine.

What do you mean? There are probably still residues of yesterday’s substance use in your body, which could possibly have an adverse effect on the drug. Unfortunately, I cannot judge how dangerous this is at the end. That would be a question for the prescribed doctor.

PS: If promethazine has been prescribed to you as a sedative, it is urgently advised to use cocaine and other drugs. The risks associated with consumption are increased.

Typically, risky mixed consumption is already in alcohol and coke, with a sedative.
Undesired side effects may occur but do not have to be adhered to paracelsus, according to which ‘dose sola favit venenum’ applies.
