Microsoft Learn is completely free and does not expire in time. You can only pay for additional courses. The 29 minutes here relate only to this learning session that it needs to be appreciated for so long.
And yes, as triopasi already says; put in English! The translations are absolutely grayish, especially for technical terms.
Otherwise, maybe look on YouTube or Udemy (but does what).
Tip: Put language in English! The articles at Microsoft are usually automatically translated. Unfortunately, some of the articles in German are difficult to understand.
In English it makes all more sense. It would also be clear that it is estimated 30 minutes to read this article.
