Programmer from abroad?
Is it a good idea, like with clothing manufacturers, to hire people from other poorer countries to develop apps for cheaper prices, like India or Pakistan? Of course, not as brutally as with clothing manufacturers, where the people are treated terribly, but rather by putting together a well-paid team – which would normally be underpaid in Germany, but above-average in that country – and then developing the program or app. I think you can save a lot of money that way if you want a team that doesn't just create and deliver the app, but also looks for bugs and constantly comes up with new ideas.
Relatively many of the projects that exist with us of work were formerly in India, and were then handed over to us because the customers were ultimately cheated.
Then it was lied about what was done and only a small part of the requirements worked out, and the processed parts were glued together to make it new. Legally, it is not really possible.
K.A. whether we only get the difficult cases, but the code I see is not the result of real software development, but the result of 2-5 hobby developers trying to build enterprise software.
Okay, that’s what I’m looking for.
What do you want to develop?
There is, but this offshoring usually does not work as desired and is then set quite quickly. Especially because these developers often don’t provide a good code that is difficult to communicate….
There are also other problems: to whom would you, as a company that develops a new technology that will bring millions as market leader, leave the development: a few so-called. “Developers”, of which you do not have proof of professional knowledge and also no serious guarantee of secrecy, or a team that is more expensive, but definitely does the job cleanly and does not sell the business secrets and customer data to the most providers.
Anonfürsig is already done
But it works in the best case several and one project and if you already learn an experienced and two not so well grouped the what is going on but it can be that the experienced then running through the buro
Outsourcing is nothing new. Also not in the field of software development.
As someone without knowledge bad idea, because an Indian programmer has 0 idea of German laws that he must observe. At the end, the mash costs come more expensive than what you save. If, of course, a project manager is aware of what he’s doing.
For legal matters you can set a pair of Germans, that’s not a problem. Important is that they are very good in programming
I’ve worked with developers myself. There are good programmers there, but that does not mean that every programmer is deaf. As with ebay-small ads or myhammer, fiverrr…. also applies to look closely. You need def. still people here who know what they do and who chooses cheap pays 2x. Also there they know what their work is worth if they can… there are hourly rates of 40-60€ but realistic (while you pay 80-120€ in a cut for a freelancer).
