Professional training?

Hello, my dears,

I'm new here and hope you can help me. A little about me: I'm a medical technologist (MTA-F), work in a neurological practice, and would like to continue my education.

I was initially considering retraining as an occupational therapist. However, my boss wants me to stay and has offered to help me further my training and support me financially.

I just can't find any good continuing education courses that will actually benefit me. I'd really like to work more intensively with my patient. He suggested a naturopathic practitioner, but that all sounds very dubious. Do you have any other ideas? Thank you!
