Professional experience in your CV?
I'm still in school and would like to apply for an apprenticeship, but I don't have any professional experience yet. All I've done is two days of future training, and I don't even have proof of that. So what should I enter in the practical experience field?

it is absolutely normal that as a student you have no professional experience/practical experience. So you can leave the point, possibly replaced by school internships, and I am not sure whether a two-day internship is worth mentioning
Practical experience:
MM/YYYYYY (month of school leaving) and then the training place for which you apply
In "practice experience" mention everything that fits the training profession.
Just give a "no", everyone will understand if you're still at school…
If you have no professional experience, don't write.
If you have no professional experience – which is logical – you can leave it.
