Problems with ProSieben Maxx Mediathek?

Hello,

I often watch a few episodes of series in the ProSieben Maxx media library. Until two days ago, this worked perfectly, but now I can't watch any episodes at all because, regardless of the FSK rating, the following message appears: "This page is currently unavailable due to your parental control settings ."

My only option is to click back. But I don't know why this message is popping up because I haven't changed anything and it used to work. Does anyone know how I can fix this problem and what the cause is?
