Problems with iPhone 7?

I have an iPhone 7 and have been having various problems with it lately:

I can't make or answer video calls using FaceTime.
iMessage cannot be activated
I no longer receive notifications from WhatsApp, even though I have set them up in the app and in the phone settings.
I also cannot agree to the new iCloud terms of use because it takes forever to load

Is there any way to resolve this? Or is the problem not mine and will it be fixed at some point? Is it possible that my phone is too old, that iOS no longer supports it, and that's why these crashes are happening?

Why isn't the Mac software update working?

I'm trying to install the new update on my Mac, but after I enter my password to log in as an administrator, nothing happens. The only thing I can do after that is enter the password again, like in an endless loop. Can anyone help me?

The iPhone 7 is no longer supplied with updates. Probably you will get more and more such problems and there is no direct remedy for it.
