Problems logging into my laptop?

I hope someone here can help me.

The problem is, when I start my laptop, it doesn't ask for my PIN, but instead wants me to log in with my Microsoft account. Unfortunately, I no longer have any data for that account, as it's very old. I can't enter a different Microsoft account, though.
