Hi, my problem is I wanted to connect my PC to a VPN from the Opera browser, but it keeps saying it's unavailable and stuff like that. In the settings under VPN, it says to enter a username and password. So far, well done.
Now the problem is that when I enter all the information it says "Policy compliance error". Does anyone know how I can fix this?

I simply can't see any routers anymore and my laptop wants me to connect an ethernet cable. I neither have one nor do I know what it is. (airplane mode is not on lol)
How much do you or your parents pay for internet at home? Do you use a mobile phone or a connection, and how fast is it?
The router definitely does not support a 100 line, so the question is: will the internet not work or will it be throttled until the router can do that?
