Problems with sunlight if I haven't smoked weed?

Hello,

I often have the problem that if I don't smoke weed for a while, I get problems with sunlight. I stopped smoking weed a while ago, and it's happening more and more often… about 2-3 times a day when the sun is shining.
For example, I go for a walk and have no problems with the light, but then suddenly I can't open my eyes properly, they tear up and it feels like my entire perception is changing (roaring in my ears, I'm very short-sighted and it feels like my body is resisting opening my eyes.
I've had it for about 2 years, but only when I'm not stoned.
Have any of you ever had something like this?
