Problems with Netflix?
I can no longer log in on my mobile phone. When I try to log in on my laptop, I get to the registration page and have to purchase a subscription.
Meanwhile, I can watch Netflix on other phones and the TV and view my account. A payment method is stored, and there's also a subscription.
I've tried removing cookies, reinstalling the app, etc.
If not your own Netflix account, then your account owner of your parents or friend may have blocked Netflix access to your phone.
Or maybe you have some VPN on your phone.
In the worst case, write to Netflix Support. Because there is also Live Chat Support that can also write with you in German.
