Probleme mit Bus. Was tun?
Hallo, ich hatte schon einige Probleme mit den Bussen die bei uns fahren und ich dachte ich Frage Mal ob vielleicht jemand schon Erfahrungen oder ein Idee hat was man tun könnte.
Erstmal zur Schilderung meines problems. Die Busse fahren bei uns seit ein -zwei Wochen regelmäßig an einigen Haltestellen zu früh ab. Für jemanden wie mich der in der unmittelbaren Nähe der Haltestelle wohnt und deswegen nur ca 3 min vor der Abfahrt aus dem Haus muss unfassbar nervig, lässt sich ja aber lösen indem man einfach etwas früher los geht. Alles schön und gut, habe mich auch an die Beschwerde Abteilung gewandt, Weil es im Wechsel zur Verfrühung und dann auch Verspätung kam, man aber nie so wirklich vorher sagen konnte was eintrifft. Naja die erste Beschwerde wurde ignoriert und bei der zweiten wurde ich nur vertröstet, dass die Abfahrtszeiten ja nur ein Richtwert wären an den man sich orientiert quasi. Kam mir sehr komisch vor hab ich aber erstmal so akzeptiert, froh überhaupt eine Antwort zu bekommen. Dann ging es einige Woche gut und jetzt bin ich seit 2 Wochen in dieser Phase, wo wirklich jeder Bus zu früh los fährt und als wäre das nicht nervig genug fällt jetzt auch noch jeder 2. Bus in der gesamten Stadt aus. Die busgesellschaft informiert lediglich in einem schnell überseh baren winzigen Feld darüber, dass es zu Ausfällen kommen kann. Ein paar Busse sind aufgelistet andere wiederum nicht. Und da ich abhängig von den Öffis bin bleibt keine andere Wahl als jeden Morgen zu hoffen, dass mein Bus zur Arbeit nicht ausfällt. Heute sind sogar 2 direkt nacheinander folgende ausgefallen, was natürlich ziemlich Problematisch war. Jetzt Frage ich mich ob ich irgednwas tun kann bezüglich des Monat Tickets Preises, da dieser ja schon ziemlich hoch ist und ich sowieso nicht wirklich mit meinen Bussen fahren kann.
Die Gesellschaft ist leider ziemlich Kunden-unfreundlich und jetzt weiss ich leider nicht was ich tun soll.
Sollte ich die Hoffnung aufgeben und einfach akzeptieren, dass ich mich überraschen lassen muss?

You could complain to the local authority. This can be, for example, the city, the county, an association of purposes or traffic links. The exact responsibilities differ regionally.
The task carrier orders the bus service to the bus company and also pays it (at any rate the part that is not covered by fare receipts) and should therefore normally also have an interest in ensuring that the services are provided correctly.
This is also the case with us, some are on the list but then others fall out even though according to the app they should be punctual, but unfortunately you can make nothing more difficult.
It’s annoying but it’s pushed on that many are sick because of Corona and therefore fail because they don’t have enough drivers to drop the buses then. But that they are able to identify it in the technology they do not have, then at least the buses also by app as a case, I do not understand instead the trips stand as a punctual and that they drive, which leads to annoying.
Maybe you should talk to your supervisor about the problem that currently many buses fail even without announcements and that even if you want to get rid of one hour earlier, there is no guarantee that the bus will come at all and that can lead to delays and you will catch up with the time or how it will be regulated with you during operation. But you can’t do anything because it’s not always known that the bus isn’t coming. Maybe you get a proof from the bus company that it can come to failures more often.
Normally you would take a bus earlier but right now it’s not a guarantee that comes and doesn’t fall out, you just can’t rely on it.
Can establish your own company and try to enforce yourself in the next call for proposals against the current one.
Otherwise yes, deal with it – what do you want??
