If you bite your cheek, it doesn’t have anything to do with the rail. Even if you’re crunching during the day, it’s probably just getting worse….so your *nervous* load.

Basically, you’re letting the crap out of the stress on your teeth… just think about what this could be?

It’s like telling you to bite your teeth… and don’t get dressed* and be a bit of a cup*.

I’ve ever known someone who even managed to bite his rail.

So please don’t leave the rail.

It doesn’t always help with relaxing.

Stress is the main cause of teeth cracking. It is often a long process for months. You have to learn to relax your body and mind. Only when it works over day, maybe it works at night

ah yes, only as a patient in physiotherapy, a “connection” between therapist and the patient must also arise, so that it also acts in this case and this connection is bad to enforce. Sometimes she works, sometimes not.

It may be, but you postulate it so absolutely. Are you a doctor who has his own experiences with it?

Talk to your dentist about it.

There is also another type of side rail that keeps the lower jaw calm. If the teeth are left within the rail and a crunch is prevented. To prevent injuries.

I myself am an extremely Knirscherin and have broken all kinds of side rails within a short time. Either they broke and were broken after two days, bass inside 3-4 days of holes, or seriously hurt me with the one I just described.

Your dentist knows what to do. As I said, the fixing side rail might be something for you. At first glance, it looks like conventional, but it has a recess in the middle, so that the upper teeth are ‘fixed’ in it. It can’t be tricked anymore.

Hey,

That’s exactly what I would tell my dentist and ask him, or even her, for advice, LG.

I also wear a bite – leaving does not help, only the teeth get worse.
